Conferences and Accommodation remains open and continues to welcome guests. We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
All guests and staff are required to wear non-medical masks in common indoor spaces.
Our hotel cleaning protocols:
Guest Rooms: We have enhanced our cleaning protocols after guests depart and before the next guest arrives to ensure our rooms are better sanitized, with particular attention paid to high-touch items and surfaces.
Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, and even room keys.
Back of House: In staff areas, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like staff entrances, laundry rooms and staff offices.
In an effort to ensure appropriate social distancing, the hotel will no longer be providing daily housekeeping services to in-house guests. Extra amenities such as towels and coffee will be available at the Front Desk. If you would prefer to have housekeeping services, please contact the Front Desk to schedule a time. We appreciate your understanding and support while we work to navigate a challenging time.
Guests who believe they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should contact 8-1-1 immediately for advice from health care practitioners.
